STEEL RULE BENDER MODEL DG-U
- The combination of U-Form Bending Jaws ,Draw Bending Die and Drawing Bar Die make one step U-Form bending and manufacturing of the elliptical forms easy and accurate.
- Puzzle rules are easily made by combing the Puzzle Bending Jaws with any of our sized puzzle bending dies.For Double-Wing forms ,our Free Size Female Jaws is combined with both our sized Draw Bending Dies and Draw Bar Dies.
- The key point that makes using our DG-U so easy now ,is that both the stroke and the distance between the Jaws are controlled digitally.One digital counter is set for the stroke values ,and 2 digital counters are on the left side and right side of the machine to control the required distance between the Jaws.Now repeated bending can be produced effortlessly.
- Plus the operation of our DG-U Bender is simpler and easier ,and it has several times more power ,compared with our previous models.
- Also all of our dies ,incliding those for our model DG Bender ,Model G Bender ,Model GB Bender and other options can be utilized with our DG-U.

The FCD Series can continuously process both ends of the rule in the desired manner ,either double lips or double straight cuts ,in thicknesses up to 0.9mm.On top of that ,bent rules can be cut whithin short distances from the bending point ,on either the left or right side of the machine.

STEEL RULE GRINDER MODEL PCG
Our PCG grinder can perform either cutting or grinding oparations.
Perforating or half-cutting oparations on cutting rules can be done with our Cutting Off Wheels ,and grinding of cut-creese rules can be carried out ,using our Grinding Wheels.
Digital couters are installed for 2 direction operation:
- Up/Down direction digital counter----------
The height of the grindstone for the cutting depth.
- Left/Right direction digital counter----------
Transfer indication of the base for interval and cutting width.
Table with casters is available.

STEEL RULE CUTTER MODEL JR2 Series
It cuts steel rules with less power ,and with easy ,effective lever action. Upper and lower cutting blades are angled to prevent damege to the cutting edge of the rule.
Now,JR2 Series can cut both cutting rules and creasing rules up to maximum height of 40mm.
