Eight mechanical engineers working in R&D are striving to improve quality and make productivity more efficient. This has resulted in innovative machines – their quality limits us to only a few a year, but they all reflect improvements.

Since our founding, we have worked to hold that thought, steadily building up know-how for developing manufacturing machinery technology, and our technology equals that of other machinery manufacturers, even though this is not our field!
To consistently maintain high quality, we need quality materials.
Today, we procure the raw materials for cutters completely from special steelworks. Nakayama’s standards are much higher than JIS standards, and only materials meeting our standards are used in our products. Materials are delivered to us after superior blast-furnace refining and control. Nakayama's quality standards apply first to the refining of materials.
Why do we do this?
Because all of the processes involved must be for Nakayama -- if not, "Nakayama" means nothing at all.

Customers must have improved processing accuracy to maintain the quality of products such as Thomson die cutters.
